City of Whitehouse issued the following announcement.
Over the weekend we were notified that some of our customers received incorrect bills for their water, sewer and trash services. All information, including the balance due is incorrect. We are working with our billing provider to produce and send corrected bills by the end of the week. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience as we work to correct this issue.
The incorrect bills show a due date of Jan. 10, 2011. The corrected bills will have a due date of Jan. 11, 2021. You can login to view your correct bill information and make a payment at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/whitehousetx/utilities.
