City of Tyler issued the following announcement.
The City Engineering Department is hosting a virtual public meeting with Reynolds and Kay Ltd. and Brannon Corp. for the Cambridge Road Improvement Project on Monday Dec. 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will give residents affected by the upcoming construction information about the project and an opportunity to ask questions and get feedback about the project.
Residents can join the meeting by typing https://bit.ly/32IJATY into their web browsers and selecting [Watch on the Web Instead] if you do not have Microsoft Teams installed on your computer or [Launch now] if Teams is installed.
Mobile users can scan the following code to go to the meeting. Those who have the Microsoft Teams mobile app on their devices will be prompted to open the app to join the meeting. Mobile users who do not have the Microsoft Teams mobile app on their devices will be prompted to download the free app to access the meeting.
The meeting will also be available for viewing at a later date on the Engineering Services Website.
Residents can submit questions, comments and concerns by going to the Engineering Services website, by email to engineeringstaff@TylerTexas.com or by mail to Engineering Services P.O. Box 2039, Tyler, TX 75710. Comments received before 10 a.m. on Dec. 7 will be addressed in the meeting.
