Fruitvale ISD issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
Both teams lost Thursday night against Miller Grove. Due to grades the B-team was all new players except two, that came out from off season so we could have a team. There were some growing pains but I appreciate them coming out.
The A team played in a tournament, They beat North Lamar's 7th grade team 49- 11 but lost to Avery in a close game.
