How many white students were enrolled in Lindale ISD schools in 2022-23 school year?

There were 3,076 white students enrolled in Lindale ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 2.5% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Lindale ISD schools welcomed 4,469 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 68.8% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Lindale ISD roughly covers schools within Smith County and has a main office in Lindale.

Among the six schools in Lindale ISD schools, Lindale High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 897 students.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
