75 percent of applicants to Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary were admitted for fall 2018

At Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary, 90 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 92 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Jacksonville enrolled 141 students in fall 2018, including 60 in undergraduate and 81 in graduate programs, data shows. 23.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

33 percent of undergraduates are residents of Texas, and 67 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (73 percent) and Black or African American (17 percent).

The school admitted 75 percent of the four students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 100 percent enrolled.
