Of the 1,255 people living in Emerald Bay in 2019, 54.4 percent (683) were women and 45.6 percent (572) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Tyler Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 282-to-147. In the 65 and over age range, there were 317 females and 365 males.
