Census Bureau: More women than men in Van in 2019

Of the 2,669 people living in Van in 2019, 51.6 percent (1,376) were women and 48.4 percent (1,293) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Tyler Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 782-to-706. In the 65 and over age range, there were 254 females and 100 males.
