In the week ending Mar. 28, one gas station in Smith County sold diesel gas at the lowest reported price of $3.99 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The county registered an average of $4.82 per gallon for diesel gas.

Of the 164 reported gas stations in cities within Smith County, 76 offered diesel gas.

The average reported price for a gallon of diesel gas in Texas was $4.92, up from the previous week.
