On April 1, 2025, Gooden wrote, “Deporting dangerous illegal alien criminals has bipartisan support. @POTUS and @Sec_Noem are executing on the mandate voters overwhelmingly delivered in November. Left-wing judges would rather appease the Far Left than keep the American people safe.”

Continuing the discussion on trade policies, on April 2, 2025, Lance Gooden highlighted President Trump’s consistent stance on tariffs, quoting a statement from 2012: “I’d drop a 25% tax on China.” He praised the administration by stating, “It’s great to have a lifelong fighter for fair and reciprocal trade in the White House!”

Later the same day, Gooden celebrated a significant win for voter ID requirements, noting, “Voter ID won big last night. Let’s not forget this important fact: 198 House Democrats voted against proof of citizenship for voter registration.”
