Daniel Alders, a Republican recently elected to the Texas State House representing the 6th district, has posted a series of tweets reflecting on faith and national identity.
On September 21, 2025, Alders wrote, “This could become the greatest moment in our nation’s history. Not because of a man. Not because of his words. But because of how God used an ordinary man and his words to reveal how fallen our nation is, and how desperately we need to rededicate ourselves to the Truth, and https://t.co/odSVyAIA90”.
The following day, he posted a prayerful message: “Father – Thy Kingdom come, and Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. https://t.co/IiscGb2pmh” (September 22, 2025).
Shortly after, Alders added another statement emphasizing the importance of morality for liberty: “Won’t get liberty without a moral compass. We need that first. https://t.co/igd4elDXgw” (September 22, 2025).
Alders assumed office in 2025 after winning election to replace Matt Schaefer as representative for Texas’s 6th House district.
